We asked 220 Christian Creatives about their favorite online courses and this is what they said! This is my favorite part of the series …. where I get to give a shout out to some people who you love.  We asked 220 Online Christian Creatives to list two courses/course providers that helped them the most.  Here are the ones that got the most mentions (in order):

Ruth Soukup – Ruth’s Elite Blogging Academy is a premier blogging course that has helped many people be successful with their blogs.  But Ruth also offers free courses packed with value (usually twice a year around EBA launches).  Beware that when you sign up for her list to be notified about these courses, you’ll receive lots of email.  But it’s worth it because of the value of her free courses.

Do A New Thing – I’m honored and humbled that my courses were mentioned so many times.  My heart is to use Biblical examples to support solid strategy as you grow your online impact for Christ.  Right now, More Than A Blog, Content Conversations and Boss Your Time Around are all on sale for $15 each while I revamp them on a new teaching platform.

Compel Training – From Proverbs 31 Ministries, Compel is a membership program for writers that offers invaluable training for mastering the craft of writing as well as insider perspectives about the publishing industry. I love that the Proverbs 31 team is actively involved in leading in the content and the community.

Jeff Goins – Jeff has his signature membership program TribeWriters that combines the craft of writing with the practical steps of what it takes to market and sell your work, but his Intentional Blog course is also very popular.

Crystal Paine – I love and highly recommend the courses from Crystal’s Your Blogging University.  They are practical, easy to understand and affordable.  She releases a new module every few months so the library of courses is constantly growing.

Hope*writers – A writers’ membership community started by author Emily P. Freeman, Hope*writers helps smart, creative writers do their work forever without losing their minds today.  It features weekly training, writers circles and a helpful podcast.

Arabah Joy – AJ no longer offers her Pin 21 and Christian Bloggers Bootcamp courses, but you can still benefit from her faith-focused expertise through her partnership with Upper Fifth Online Marketing.

So there you have it … the top courses recommended by online Christian Creatives.  There were almost 100 other courses mentioned in the survey and there was no way to mention them all.  But feel free to give a shout out to your favorite in the comments!

  1. This list is an excellent resource! Thanks for putting this together. I’m saving it for ongoing and future reference. (I just recently discovered Do A New Thing, and I’ve already benefited so much from just the first few emails I’ve received.)
